To achieve success in this role, you will: 

• Hold a full B1 Category Australian CASA Aircraft Engineer license or New Zealand CAA equivalent license with the A320 and B737NG ratings. 
• Have excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and others; Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team; 
• Have a proven commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives; 
• Have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders; 
• Be able to work a minimum of 40 + hours per week; 
• Ability to work shift work (4 on 4 off)
